Apartment TOTALLY refurbished located in an essentially residential building and very well maintained. It has 73 square meters with 2 bedrooms with closets. The first bedroom has a double bed (new) and a single box and the bedroom number 2 is provided with 1 double bed plus a single bed with auxiliary bed. The ideal capacity is 6 people. Different rates for up to 4 guests. All appliances changed in December / 2018.
The full social bathroom has an electric shower. The toilet services, electric shower, glass shower and toilet.
The living room has a glass top table and 6 chairs. A bar and a leather sofa garrison it. Also in the living room, a panel with 42 inch flat screen TV. Also in room number 1 I have a panel with another tv (32). Wi-Fi in all rooms. The kitchen is equipped with all basic utensils. A good service area and an attached bathroom. l
Covered garage with control for 1 car. I can rent more places in the Property itself.
