Great Bethany Beach Condo

Had a wonderful stay at this Bethany Beach Condo. It's in a great location as it has a private beach and is a couple miles away from the main part of Bethany and a few miles from Dewey Beach which put it in a nice quiet location away from the crowds. Community around the condo is great too and it was very quiet there as well. Condo is very nice and clean and the owner was tremendous at communication and the check-in/out was a piece of cake. Would recommend this place!!

Annual trip to Riser

Our family loves staying at Riser. The beach is close, our kids love the the courtyard and the pool, and the Tower Shores neighborhood is great for families. Also, the owners are very helpful and responsive to questions.

Property was exactly as listed and conveniently located. Very clean and included everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great getaway

The condo was perfect for our family of five and it was wonderful to be able to bring our dog too. The condo was immaculate and the owners left us a couple of bottles of wine to enjoy during our stay which was a lovely touch.

Second Stay Even Better!!

Good location and accommodations

From start to finish, things went smoothly. The host, Jessica, was great with communication and flexibility, the condo was in a prime location for a family and dog, and everything was nearby. The beds were comfortable, the TVs worked well, the board games were a great help on rainy days, and Matt's Fish restaurant is within walking distance, and there were a lot of nice touches around the condo I have not experienced with other vacation rentals. I recommend this location and condo to others with kids and dog looking to enjoy the beach and downtown Bethany.

Great condo with a private beach

Newly renovated condo with plenty of room to spread out across 3 floors. The host, Jessica, was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond prior to and during our stay. Quick walk to the private beach; there's also a community pool. Walk to the end of the street and see amazing sunsets over the Bay. House is stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella. Bonus: we could walk to one of our favorite restaurants in Bethany, Matt's Fish Camp. Also close to the Big Chill Beach Club, a quick drive. Great place; thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Great place!

My family loved our stay at this beach house! The bedrooms were all comfortable and my kids loved the bunk room. The house was clean and came with everything we could have wanted - kitchen equipment, beach chairs, lots of toys, books, and DVDs, and beach toys too! The pool was great and never crowded, and it’s such a short walk to the beach. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Another lovely stay...

This is our second time staying at Riser, and we look forward to staying there again! Riser really feels like our home away from home - clean, comfortable and convenient. We love being able to walk to the beach with our dog (we have always gone in the off-season), even when the weather is cold and rainy! Looking forward to next year :)

Perfect Pool & Homey Kitchen!!

Remodeled unit was quite spacious and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and lots of beds. Swimming in the well maintained private pool was a nice break from the nearby beach. There are no busy roads to cross to get to the beach and a seafood restaurant is right next door. Plus the owner was very responsive to all of my questions. We had a wonderful beach vacation!!

Great townhouse close to the beach

My family loved our stay at Riser on Tower Shores! It is soooo close to the beach and the only property in the community with access to a pool! We had a small minor plumbing issue and Jessica and Greg responded immediately and had it resolved within 12 hours!! They were incredibly hosts and we will be renting again next summer! It was also great to be able to bring our dog! Highly recommend this property! Thanks Jes and Greg!
