This lovely property is gated with an inviting pool on an acre-sized lot. You are walking distance to over 20 bars/restaurants, 2 award winning breweries & multiple live music venues, all within a 1 mile radius! Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply relaxing in the cozy ambiance, this property is a great place to call "home" while you're away. We hope you enjoy your stay! IMPORTANT TO NOTE-->This is not a "party" house. This is for adults who are responsible & will appreciate our historic home. This house is perfect for family, friends & business groups. We want our house to be perfect for the next guests and respectful to our neighbors. **Our property is under constant video surveillance. Your nightly rate is based on $600/night unless a discount is provided due to booking more than 7 days. Please keep in mind, this nightly rate may look higher once booked and VRBO adds their fees and commissions.
