This beautifully renovated executive hilltop premier villa with free 100mb Wifi is located on the street level with easy access. As you enter the villa, the breathtaking view of Pillsbury Sound is framed by a 24 ft wall of sliding glass doors. At the entrance, the bathroom & bedroom are across from each other with a few steps down leading into a spacious living area. The elevated bedroom allows for a down island view from the king bed while bamboo shades can give added privacy. The bathroom features a dual shower head for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach. The living area consists of a king sleeper sofa with a full 82" memory foam mattress, two reading chairs and a 50" flat screen TV. For your convenience, the villa has a USB charging outlet. The ocean breeze is complemented by two beautifully crafted ceiling fans. The dining area with seating for four flows into the kitchen with additional seating on bar stools at the quartz countertop. The fully equipped kitchen with new appliances offers everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals and drinks. The private covered balcony with two lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table for four is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.

Ideal for couples, solo adventurers, families with children, and remote business travelers, our resort boasts proximity to key attractions such as Coki Beach (2 min away), Coral World Ocean Park and Aquarium (3 min away), the ferry to St. John (5 min away, passport not required), and the world-famous Megan's Bay (10 min away).
