Nice house in quiet neighborhood

We had a short trip to SA to visit friends and go to the zoo. The price was great for a good sized one story with a yard in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The only small improvement could be some extra deep cleaning. Some intake/air vents were black, there was a brown stain and some hair in the guest bathtub drain, there was a roach in the guest bathroom when we arrived. Overall hard to tell how clean the house was due to age as well. It could have just been the age/wear and tear of the house.We did not report any concerns because it did not really affect our stay. The property manager was super responsive and I am sure would have solved any major issues if they had come up.
