Our 2 weeks at Cedar was very enjoyable! We didn’t want a boring hotel room, but a space that felt more like home for an extended rental. This apartment’s wood cabin vibe was welcoming and the bathroom clean/comfortable. Most of all the kitchen proved fantastic, large fridge freezer and full size oven allowing me the luxury of baking a variety of biscuits and cooking up large dinners with leftovers!! Very hot water in the kitchen ensured clean dishes, similar certainty of a good shower as well. The air conditioners worked tirelessly well and both beds were comfortable thankfully. The vaulted ceiling in the main room was attractive and made the living room feel large/inviting. Sounds of the highway were minimal and the overall Lodge property was quiet/appealing. Of note, our Verizon Wireless signal was between 1 and 2 bars, just enough for basics but patience necessary for reaching websites. Luckily we had plenty of books and the like downloaded. Actually, we brought a Mobile Hotspot and since cell signal was much stronger in the bedrooms, placing this on a window sill and using it as a booster allowed for much better function on our devices, while relaxing in the living room and kitchen spaces. I’d regret not mentioning the charming little lake and the inviting market store/restaurant as well. Oh and they had a lively farmer’s market vibe out front on Saturday morning! The Host was super kind and just a text away, so overall thank you so much for a truly splendid stay!!!!
