STUNNING VIEW in high place with stone mountain, swimming pool and lake

Site with a privileged view, preserved, with rock massif inside the property.

Set with 2 houses, games room with bar, barbecue, pizza oven, dollhouse on the tree, fish pond, natural shower, grassy volleyball field and swimming pool with two depths.

Total area - 33 bushels, 18 of which are rock massifs

The largest and main house has 4 suites, 3 with a balcony next to the pool. In this same house there is a kitchen with a wood stove and a gas stove, as well as a large dining room with 20 seats and a spacious room with a round table for card games and two large leather sofas and two comfortable armchairs for reading or reading. watch a good movie (flat screen TV with DVD and SKY). In this same house there is a lounge on the lower floor all in stone, with large windows, ping pong table, bar with sink, refrigerator and flip chart. There is also another suite in the same style as the lounge.
The chalet on the other side of the pool was the first manufactured in Brazil by “Casa e Jardim”, very well maintained in wood with a living room, a bathroom, a double bedroom and on the mezzanine there are two single beds and two more bunk beds with balcony facing the valley view.

There is a couple of full-time caretakers who will check in and check out, in addition to taking out the trash every day from the kitchen and bathrooms. It will provide all the necessary support, but without interfering in the privacy of guests. If you want, you can include the cleaning service fee for the rooms, bedding, bathrooms and table cleaning service for meals and washing dishes, as well as assistance in preparing meals, barbecue and etc.

Larger house - holds up to 4 couples and 6 singles.
Chalet - holds 1 couple and up to 4 singles.

No more than 20 people are allowed to sleep on the property and if there is a party or celebration, it must be negotiated directly and in advance with the owners.

Educated pets are accepted, remembering that there are tame and neutered guard dogs that live on the property and remain in prison.

The house is fully equipped and has complete infrastructure. We provide bed linen, bath and table linen, blankets, crockery and complete cutlery.

NOTE: Only the owner can close the lease. Without this written authorization, unidentified persons will not be able to enter the site.

Local verdadeiramente agradável, onde a natureza prevalece.

Fomos passar um final de semana em 19 pessoas, entre adultos e crianças.A finalidade era comemorar o aniversário da minha esposa. Foram 2 dias maravilhosos,onde a familia se reuniu e teve a oportunidade de estar junta em clima descontraido e aproveitar a beleza exuberante e a diversidade de coisas bonitas que o sitio apresenta.O casal de caseiros, Juliana e Beto, nos atendeu com muita atenção e sempre solícito o tempo todo. Ótima casa! Lugar incrível. Saí da casa já com saudades. Tudo muito bem cuidado e limpo. Os proprietários são super atenciosos e educados e os caseiros muito prestativos e amáveis. Não tenho absolutamente nada para reclamar. Chegamos rápido e o GPS nos deixou na porta. Já planejamos a volta na esperança de podermos curtir a piscina, pois dessa vez, estava muito frio. Se não bastasse toda a gentileza, ainda recebi flores, por conta do meu aniversário! Amei!

Lindo e aconchegante

Paz e tranquilidade rodeadas por um visual lindo. Não seria preciso muito mais do que isso. Mas tem mais. A decoração das salas e dos quartos, de todos os cômodos, é impressionante, cuidadosa, de muitíssimo bom gosto. Roupas de cama e de banho impecáveis. E tudo super confortável. Fora a piscina, a churrasqueira. E ainda dá para passear pelo sítio, ou ir até o topo da Pedra Grande, ver os vôos de asa delta, por exemplo, com as cidadezinhas lá embaixo. Os caseiros são bem gentis e ajudam sem incomodar. Ótimos. Amamos e já estamos programando a próxima viagem para curtir muito lá.

ESTE LUGAR VALE MUITO A PENA

Passamos um feriado maravilhoso nesse lugar que realmente tem uma vista deslumbrante. A casa é muuuito bem cuidada, limpa, equipada e muito, muito aconchegante. As toalhas e roupas de cama são praticamente novas, assim como a louça caprichada. Os caseiro são simpáticos e prestativos e a Carlota, filha da dona, extremamente atenciosa: deu dicas de passeios pela região e sempre atendeu às dúvidas com rapidez e precisão. Orientados pelo Beto, caseiro, subimos a pedra que fica na propriedade. A subida é relativamente tranquila, com mata um pouco fechada, devido ao pouco acesso, mas a vista é altamente compensadora. Enfim, quem se interessar pode ir sem medo de ser feliz. Yuka

Lugar surpreendente!

Estive no imóvel por um final de semana. Na oportunidade, estávamos em 7 casais amigos de longa data e 4 crianças pequenas. A primeira impressão de todos foi..."nossa...realmente as fotos mostram a realidade". Tudo muito bem cuidado, novinho e realmente muito espaçosa a casa! Adoramos e esperamos voltar em breve! Fomos também muito bem tratados durante todo trâmite para fechamento do aluguel e durante toda estadia. Querem um lugar bonito, bem cuidado, espaço e com uma vista deslumbrante da natureza? Experiência maravilhosa!

Passamos dias simplesmente maravilhosos nesse lugar encantador! Tivemos toda a assistência dos proprietários, que foram muito atenciosos. No sítio fomos recepcionados pelos caseiros, que também foram muito atenciosos. Encontramos tudo muito limpo e organizado. Realmente o Sítio Pedra Chica é um lugar lindo e muito bem cuidado, no meio da natureza, com clima agradável. As instalações são impecáveis, a casa possui todos os utensílios necessários tanto na cozinha como na churrasqueira. Os quartos são amplos e arejados, a sala de estar é muito aconchegante. A piscina é enorme e com uma vista linda. Realmente, tudo contribuiu para termos um fim de semana perfeito e revigorante! Só temos a agradecer aos proprietários por toda a hospitalidade! Mal posso esperar para voltar novamente!!!!
