Keep it simple at this modern peaceful place in the center of Aurora! This guesthouse has everything private for our guests with a spacious yard and living area. Close to I-225 and the Florida H-line station, you can get anywhere easily from this location. Moreover, there are some amazing trails nearby for walking and biking. Stay at this wonderful home to truly experience Aurora and Denver!

Central Location: 25 Mins to Downtown Denver and Airport, 10 Mins to UCHealth and Aurora Sports Park.

The Casita has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with a closet. One of the closets has an inflatable king-size mattress with a built-in pump that can be put in the living room or kitchen area. The Casita has an open living concept where walls do not separate the living room and kitchen.

Board games are available in the living room for fun gatherings with friends and family.

Guests have a private entrance and a private yard allowing them to enjoy the Colorado weather in a private setting. The yard has a grill and a firepit that can be used for cozy gatherings.

The Casita is a perfect place for family and friends to have space while also being close to each other!

Wonderful, clean and refreshing stay

House is set in a neighborhood with access to interstate and local grocery stores. Absolutely love the very clean and uncluttered Casita. Only wished we stayed longer! Beds and linens are super comfortable.
