Please Note: New home construction next door is ongoing, but there is little to no construction activity after 5 or 6 PM or during the winter months. There is a lower-level apartment occasionally occupied by the owners. It is not a second vacation rental property. The owner's apartment has a separate driveway and entrance, and there are no shared spaces.
There is an electric car charging station nearby at the Black Mountain Public Library. Firewood is not provided for the outdoor fireplace, but guests can purchase bundles of wood at any local grocery store or convenience store.
Stone Court will have a fiber optic lighted Christmas tree and holiday decor inside and outside. Homes are typically decorated by the first week of December. For specific timing of decor, we recommend contacting Greybeard Rentals to find out more details.

About the host
Hosted by Greybeard Rentals

Greybeard Rentals manages vacation rentals and vacation cabins in Asheville, Black Mountain, Montreat, Old Fort and surrounding areas. Located 10-15 minutes from downtown Asheville, Black Mountain is a quaint town with many great shopping options, delicious restaurants, breweries and access to hiking trails and wilderness areas. TripAdvisor named Black Mountain one of America's Prettiest Towns in 2017. Asheville is home to award-winning restaurants, stunning mountain views with access to areas like the Blue Ridge Parkway, The Biltmore Estate, and a variety of local art and culture. Oh, and did we mention Asheville has had the record for having more breweries per capita than any other U.S. city? We held the title for Beer City USA in 2009. Hiking trails are also located throughout western North Carolina.
