Welcome to your home away from home on Cape Cod! It's pet friendly and only minutes from the famous Brewster beaches, Orleans, Harwich, and Chatham. This is the perfect spot to call home during your family or group beach getaway.

This beautiful, spacious location is only minutes from vibrant downtown Chatham's shops and restaurants. Other nearby attractions include Nauset Beach, Breakwater Beach, Brewster Flats, Jackknife Cove, Cape Cod Rail Trail, the Chatham A's Baseball Field, and Oyster Pond.


Main Floor:

Upstairs:

Lower Level:
-Media room with comfy, oversized, pull out queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping spots
-Kids toys included; great spot to let them play while the adults enjoy the rest of the house

Guests have access to the full house, with the exception of a locked supply closet.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

We're happy to help with suggestions for places to go, but we will never be overbearing.

Pet Policy:
We absolutely adore dogs and would love to welcome yours! We must be notified at the time of booking and prior to your arrival that you’ll be bringing a pup (2 dogs max). There is a $125 per pet fee and owners are responsible for all waste pick up and any potential damage. All dogs must be house trained.

Smoking is not permitted in the house or near any open exterior doors.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend's home and we will do our best to make you feel like you're a friend staying with us!

Please note that any refunds made in accordance with our cancellation policy will be less any credit card fees.

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
