Inside, the rooms are bright and spacious. The main bedroom offers a King bed, ensuite bathroom, Smart TV, DVD player, and a view of the pool and ocean with sliding doors to the patio. The second bedroom also has a King Bed, as well as a Full size sleeper sofa bed, Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom which is shared with the hall. Each bathroom has a combo tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has seating for four at the counter. The dining room has a large rectangular table that seats 6 people very comfortably, as well as a bar area and Ms. Pac-man video game! The spacious living room has plenty of seating for everyone, a Queen size sleeper sofa bed, a Smart TV, DVD player, and a view of the pool and ocean with sliding doors to the patio. On rainy days there are plenty of books and games for the whole family, and all three Smart TVs have Xfinity cable. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, laundry basket, iron, ironing board, and a large brand new water heater with a booster so that you will never run out of hot water! The building has an elevator; however, it's only a few stairs up to this condo from the parking lot. The owners hope you love everything and have an amazing time.
