This newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath ground floor unit is just what you are looking for in a vacation rental. This condo offers new furnishings with a King bed in the master with adjoining bath and two twin beds in the second bedroom. The living room has a flat panel tv and a sleeper sofa for the extra guests that just don't want to leave! WIFI is provided. This complex boasts 2 pools (one heated), tennis courts, Jacuzzi, f, BBQ area, and two beach access walkway. This gated community is close to restaurants, the Pier, and downtown Old City - this is the perfect getaway! Parking for up to 2 cars is an additional $15 plus tax paid to the onsite association office when you arrive and must be a minimum of 23 years old to check in.
