The space is on the top floor of a corner building which has just three units so each unit has ample space.

For those here on business, this space offers more than just a stylish retreat. You'll appreciate the spacious areas thoughtfully designed to cater to your work, cooking and relaxing needs. Guest access
Guests will have the entire space to themselves. You can enter via the front door on Santa Monica Blvd.

Please Note: There is no elevator in the building, and you'll have to go up via stairs to the 3rd floor. (The first floor is the ground floor, so it's really two flights of stairs)
