PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This spacious two bedroom home is a "row-house" styled property with one shared wall with the next door unit. Though noise is minimal, you may hear some neighbors form time to time.

The property is located in a condensed neighborhood and parking can be competitive at certain times of the day. We do not have private, dedicated parking but there is free street parking in front of the building.

Once inside, you will find the main floor boasts a comfortable living room with a cozy couch & smart TV, fully-equipped kitchen, half bathroom and a private back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings.

Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom, office / 2nd bedroom, full bathroom, & washer/dryer. All rooms have been outfitted with comfortable bedding, blackout curtains & white noise machines so you can enjoy a peaceful night's rest.

Guests have access to a smart lock for convenient access. Backup house keys are onsite as well!
