This three bedroom villa sitting on a gated section of Legacy Park is just a short drive away from a wide range of shops and restaurants as well as being only a few minutes away from the popular tourist corridor of the US192.

Living Accommodation - The accommodation comprises of a large open plan living space with a family dining area, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and the main family TV lounge with doors leading to the pool deck.

Bedrooms - The Master bedroom, just off the lounge, has a Queen-size bed, large en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 also has a Queen-size bed and shares an en-suite bathroom with bedroom 3 which is a twin room with full double lower bunk and single upper bunk.

Outdoor Living - The large pool deck area, has a private pool and plenty of seating for the whole family.

Entertainment - The fantastic games room has been furnished with a pool table, - the ideal place for the young at heart to spend a lot of time

We will be back

Great property. We were pleased with the home. Plan to use it the next time we are in Orlando. Owner was responsive and all went well. I highly recommend this listing.

The property was clean but needs some updates. The pool was great and the number of beds, baths was great for the number of people in our party. The location is great and we received good customer service. From there things are downhill. We were given two access codes to the property. The gate access code did not work. On a guess, we entered the house code at the gate and that let us into the community. Once at the house the instructions to the alarm system was a bit confusing. Additional instructions would be helpful. The living room furniture is worn out. The master bedroom had a comforter we considered worn out and there was no blanket. We were unable to use the TV and Play Station in the Bunk Bedroom and the TV in the master bedroom had no sound and there were no instruction books for either. The kitchen lacked some useful items including a blender or mixer and some measuring spoons. Several days into our stay we had a flood from an overflowing washer. A repair person did come out upon our call. Needless to say, we do not intend to rent this property again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home

The house was beautifully decorated, comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need in a vacation home. Absolutely beautiful home with all of the amenities! My 8 year old son really enjoy the pool.The property was excellent and in a great location for the theme parks.We loved all the amenities of this home and will definitely rent again.
