THE SPACE:
The Miami Pool Oasis is a peaceful, 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom modern and comfortable place to stay and unwind in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to Miami.

RELAX IN OUR COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS

Inside the Oasis you’ll find comfortable king-size beds in all bedrooms. A master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a separate library/sitting room. The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side with easy access to a full bathroom with tub/shower.

The fourth bedroom is in the pool house, a separate building, with a comfy queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, a private sitting area with a large work desk, and a full bathroom.

All of our bedrooms feature Smart TVs, high-end linens, and bath towels.

The open floor plan boasts a relaxing living room, a spacious dining room, and a fully stocked kitchen well equipped for entertaining your group.

Welcome to The Miami Pool Oasis! We want to make sure you have an amazing stay and create unforgettable memories during your time here.

To achieve this, we kindly ask that you adhere to the house rules. We understand that rules can be a bit tedious, but they are in place to ensure that all our guests have a fantastic experience.

Before we dive into the rules, please complete the following two steps within 48 hours of making your reservation and we will send you a link to our guest portal where you will:

1) Sign our Guest Services Agreement.
2) Verify your ID and complete the damage waiver with our partner Superhog.

These 2 steps have been implemented to guarantee the safety and enjoyment of your stay. You can rest assured that you have the option to cancel your reservation within 48 hours. If you choose not to proceed, you will receive a full refund, provided that your reservation was made under the refundable cancellation policy."

KITCHEN
Help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We supply tea, coffee, spices, … as well as cooking utensils should you wish to cook. Our only request is that you wash all dishes and utensils (we do have a dishwasher) before leaving.

BACKYARD
The backyard comes with a grill and an outdoor area. If you decide to use the grill, please clean the grill and make sure you turn off the gas when finished grilling.

POOL
Use at your own risk. We are not responsible or liable for any injuries or medical conditions that may occur.

NOISE
As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate it if you could keep the noise down after 10 pm.

PARTIES
NO PARTIES, or disruptions to neighbors and nearby residents. We want you to enjoy your stay and celebrate your milestones and at the same time respect the property, neighbors, and residents.

We love to host celebrations, family gatherings, birthdays, bridal groups, etc. at the Miami Pool Oasis as long as all guests are named on the reservation.

NO SMOKING
Do not smoke on the property.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 11 am. If you are still in the home after 11:30 am an additional night charge may be incurred Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

KITCHEN
Feel free to help yourself to anything in the kitchen. We provide tea, coffee, spices, and cooking utensils if you'd like to cook. Just make sure to wash all dishes and utensils (we have a dishwasher) before you leave.

BACKYARD
The backyard features a grill and outdoor seating. If you use the grill, please remember to clean it and turn off the gas after grilling.

POOL
The pool is for your use, but please be aware that you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or medical conditions that may occur.

NOISE
As our property is surrounded by neighbors, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels down after 10 pm.

PARTIES
No parties or disturbances to neighbors and residents. While we want you to enjoy your celebrations and gatherings, we also ask that you respect the property, neighbors, and residents. If you wish to celebrate an event at the Miami Pool Oasis, all guests must be named on the reservation. Just to be clear, no outside guests are allowed.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted on the property.

CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is at 11 am. If you are still at the property after 11:30 am, an additional night charge may apply unless you have arranged a late check-out with us.

DOORS AND WINDOWS
Please ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

PLUMBING
Only toilet tissue should be flushed down the toilet.

LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer on site, and laundry detergent is available for your use.

PETS
We do not allow pets on the property due to potential guest allergies.

DOORS AND WINDOWS
Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

PLUMBING
Do not throw anything down the toilet other than toilet paper.
