We offer our own 11 passenger wine tasting tour van, as well as a 6 passenger Cadillac Escalade available to book. We can pre stock the kitchen/pantry before you arrive. When you book with Menth Vacation Management, you can book your entire vacation experience, not just the property.**

The Space:
A Custom Mediterranean Estate on an expansive lot with city views and privacy. This home features a whole-home Sonos stereo system, a recently-updated and refreshed interior, Brazilian cherry wood floors, a custom island kitchen, and an office. The home’s gorgeous private grounds include an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and wood-fired pizza oven, heated pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, sport court, and multiple private patios surrounded by fountains and water features for outdoor entertaining.

BEDROOMS - The master bedroom has a TemperPedic king size bed, desk, walk in closet, and private patio with access to the hot tub. The remaining four bedrooms also have TempurPedic king size beds, some with private patios and/or views of the valley.

OUTDOOR AREAS - Your secluded backyard oasis beckons with beautiful landscaping, a heated pool (please inquire for pricing), and a luxurious in-ground hot tub (heated free of charge). Gather around the gas fire pit to sip a glass of local wine, or get a bit more active on the basketball and pickle ball court for hours of family fun. The chefs in your group will love grilling poolside at the outdoor kitchen, which they can serve on the covered patio for a lovely alfresco meal.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS - Guest amenities include complimentary, very fast Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a three-car garage plus parking for two cars in the driveway. This home is NOT pet friendly.

CANCELATION POLICY - Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

POOL HEATING FEE - Please inquire for pricing.

PASSENGER VAN - The transit van can accommodate 10 guests. It is available for chauffeured excursions / dinner transportation / airport transfers. Price upon request.

Beautiful home, Tranquil setting
Perfect home for my husbands celebration of life. The tranquil outdoor spaces with plenty of room to wander was amazing! Inside the house had everything we needed and more. The massage therapist company, that they recommend to come to the house were wonderful. We also used a suggested caterer so we did not have to think about cooking the food was amazing!

Everything about our stay was amazing!! The check in process was super easy, the house was very clean, and the outdoors setup is truly a dream!! Loved all the lights, fire pit, and pizza oven!! The location was perfect too!! We will for sure be back!!!

Perfect Place for Us
We enjoyed our stay from morning to night! The grounds are amazing and allowed us to gather together. There was room for everyone. We filled our days with tours and tasting rooms, but we would have loved a day to just enjoy this amazing property and all that there is to do on the property itself. Leo was our driver for one day, and he kept us on schedule and took great care of us! Our hosts were responsive to little things throughout our stay too, like an air pump for the basketball. This property has everything for a fun and luxurious stay in wine country.

Amazing house and grounds
What a beautiful home. The size of the grounds and the elaborate fountain system absolutely blew us away. The whole home was spotless and it was so large that we could have had twice as many people - we had 6 but it would have easily accommodated 12. Check in was simple and we had easy and fast communication with our host throughout when we had questions. It is also in a very quiet location at the top of a hill. Do be aware that if you're going for a walk, the return trip up the hill is pretty steep!

50th Birthday Get-away!
Our group of 10 friends and family stayed for 4 nights, just before Thanksgiving, to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday in Sonoma. It was an amazing vacation, and the house was just perfect! We booked the van, with Leo as our driver, and had a wonderful tour of the wine country. We also made use of the in-home chef through Vine Dining, and our celebration meal was amazing! If we were to come back again, we would definitely pick this spot. Thank you to Cole, as well, for always being responsive to questions!

Best weekend ever
I spend this past weekend with my friends for my 23rd birthday. We had the most amazing time spent on the property and the surrounding area. Check-in was super simple and the house was just stunning. There were so many things to do just within the house itself & Cole was so responsive to all of my questions. The pool was amazing and the hot tub was so relaxing. Overall I can’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely come back.

Incredible stay!!!!
We couldn’t have had a better experience with this VRBO!!! The hosts went above and beyond to be incredibly accommodating of any and all questions or requests we had! They even helped us start the pizza oven mid day, let in a chef during the day when we were out, and accommodated a late check out since we had red eye flights. Everyone was just raving about how beautiful the house was too - so perfect for a group of friends- so many places to hang out and enjoy! The property was also very well located between Napa and Sonoma so we could easily enjoy both on our stay - and booking the van service through the host was seamless. Thank you so much for the hospitality. We can not recommend this place highly enough!

The property is awesome. Impressive views. Tranquility, with plenty of open space. All the amenities you'd want. The pool table was a family hit. Host communication and response was seamless. When a bedroom blind misfunctioned it was fixed the next day. Just be aware that the property is situated high on a hilltop and if you intend to hike or bike it's hard going for the final stretch back home.

Guys trip just hanging out
If you want to stay in Santa Rosa, stay here. Full stop. We stayed at this property over Columbus Day weekend and it could have not gone any better. Our group of five college friends (~40 years old) hung out, cooked wood-fired pizzas, grilled, shot hoops, swam, and drank copious amounts of beer, wine, and whiskey while sitting next to the firepit and recalling stories. The pictures don't do this property justice. While the house is large and everyone had their own room, the real reason you should book this home is for the outside space. There are so many different seating areas where you can break off from the group and have complete solitude. The pool is quite large, the basketball court and cornhole made for great entertaining, and the hot tub was nice. The house is at the top of the hill and the views are spectacular. We cooked every meal at the house and the pizza oven was a focal point in our stay. The kitchen setup was sufficient for our group, but I think the kitchen needs to upgrade some cooking supplies, e.g., cooking utensils, a few more baking sheets, etc. This is very minor and I am sure they will be doing this so don't let this deter you from booking here. I would be remiss if I didn't recognize the property management company, Menth Vacation Management. Gaetan (Guy) was helpful in answering all my questions beforehand and having the initial groceries pre-stocked made our arrival that much easier. Cole helped us with check-in and gave us a tour of the property, but his customer service after the initial walk-through went above and beyond. He encouraged us to call him if we had questions - and we did! - and his responsiveness along with his great attitude made our stay that much more enjoyable.

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in wine country. Cole and Christina were so easy to communicate with and so accommodating. Next time, we'll need to stay longer and during the not-as-cold months in order to take advantage of all this house has to offer.

Amazing Birthday Trip
We had an absolutely amazing stay. The house was gorgeous and the grounds and views were beautiful! Cole and Julien provided excellent transportation for our scheduled tastings. Perfect house for a large group. King beds in each bedroom and they were super comfortable. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Perfect setting for a family holiday! Beautiful home with plenty of space with 5 large bedrooms, big kitchen and amazing outdoor spaces. Hot tub and pickle ball court were great for everyone!. Fire pit area lovely for cool evenings. Highly recommend!

Spacious home with wonderful amenities and great location!
This house checks all the boxes. Between the pool, fire pit, hot tub, sport court, and pizza oven, there were plenty of things for the kids and family to do. The property management team was top notch. They were very responsive to our minor questions. They even had a rental car available and a van capable of taking the whole group wine tasting. To top it all off, the location of the house was perfect. just a 15-30 min drive to three different wine regions. I think we may have found our home base for our yearly trip to wine country!

Perfect wine country getaway
The perfect home and location for our group (3 couples + a 7th wheel) celebrating a belated milestone birthday. Gaetan was easy to communicate with in preparation for the trip and once there, Cole was awesome and answered all our questions quickly. I'd also highly recommend coordinating transportation with them as well - Julian was great in getting us around. The home certainly exceeded our expectations - spacious, clean and all the comforts of home. Highly recommended.

Great family base for trip to wine country
We are a family of eight adults who spent a week visiting wineries in the region and the Sonoma coast. This property’s location was ideal, and the property itself was amazing enough that we decided to spend a couple of days just staying home and enjoying the pool, hot tub, games and outdoor kitchen. Cole and his associates were very helpful and responsive, replying immediately to our questions. Not sure that we’ll be making that trip again any time soon, but we’ll definitely recommend staying here to friends who are heading out to northern CA.

Bennett Valley Under the Tuscan Sun
Luxurious house had everything we needed and more. Several said they felt like we were in Tuscany! Big enough to never feel crowded, the house also has many cozy gathering spots for relaxing time together. Sitting around the outdoor firepit was a great way to end the day. Clean, spacious swimming pool, beautiful landscaping and views. Surrounded by birdsong, blue skies and quiet. Cole was very responsive to our needs by text and/or in person. The perfect spot for our family celebration. Many of us want to return!

Wonderful Wine County/Sonoma property
My sisters and I took my mom on a 75th birthday vacation, including our spouses and kids. This house was perfect, it had every amenity that we could ask for and fit the 10 of us very well. It is centrally located in Santa Rosa so easy to access vineyards, downtown Healdsburg and the Russian River. I would definitely book again. Pool and hot tub were very nice and the pizza oven was a fun challenge.

Amazing house
This house is great for a big group. Plenty of space for everyone, and we loved the backyard and landscaping. The indoor and outdoor kitchen were amazing to use. The host was very attentive, checking in via text. The house was really clean and we had a great stay!
