Your cozy paradise getaway awaits you in the peaceful Yuma Foothills! With 2 bedrooms, including a king bed and a murphy bed, this welcoming property is perfect for a serene retreat. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a bidet, shower, and hair dryer. You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, from heating and AC to a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Yuma and our house has to offer.
The home is located close to three golf courses, UTV trails and plenty of hiking in the Sonoran Desert on the east side of Yuma.
The property is disabled-accessible and the main house has a large walk-in shower. Everything on the property is located on one level.
The main house boasts an open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining area. It also has a king bed and attached full bathroom with walk-in shower and ample closet space.
Bedroom #2 is a studio apartment/garage which is located just off the spacious patio and has it's own access. It also houses the shared laundry facility and full bathroom with walk-in shower.
The spacious patio boasts a large screen television, full kitchen, several seating areas and includes a palapa to enjoy the outdoor weather and beautiful landscape, palms and other desert plants.
