This inviting 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom waterfront home combines the experience of lakefront adventure, and a cozy atmosphere. Situated on the shores of Lake Norman, this home offers stunning views and a close proximity to many restaurants and activities. Inside, you'll find a seamless flow between living, dining, and kitchen areas, perfect for your vacation. Between the master bedroom, and two, double queen bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to 10 guests. Outside, a spacious screened in patio is the perfect place to sit back and relax and relax. Take in the shoreline soaking in the hot tub or gather with friends and family around the firepit. Downstairs you will find a newly renovated living space and kitchenette, complete with a full bathroom and washer/dryer.

*** Pet fee of $150 per dog - up to two dogs allowed
