If you have ever visited Rosemary, then you know PARKING IS A HASSLE, here you can park directly in front of the CARRIAGE HOUSE.

PET FRIENDLY, KID FRIENDLY: Carriage House provides approximately 800 Sq ft of living space. The main floor is a large open area for relaxing, dining, watching TV and includes a queen sleeper sofa, bunk room (sleeps 2) a full bathroom, and a full kitchen with a bar.

The second floor has a queen size bed, a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.

Out side you will find a large enclosed yard with a gas grill, and a hot tub.

This Carriage House is equipped with a rinnai hot water heater, which means you will never run out of hot water, no matter how many people.

The Carriage house is located between the indoor pool and the Cabanna Pool. Down town Rosemary is approximately a two to three minute walk and the beach is about a five to six min. walk.

Spring Break Stay

We had a lovely stay! All the extras were a perk-from bikes to pools, Jerry was a wonderful and accommodating host! We plan to book again in the future!

Perfect week

This was our third stay at Jerry’s carriage house, and it was fantastic as always. The house is great and very comfortable for a family or small group. The backyard is lovely, and there’s a nice seating area for dining and lounging, and a hot tub just for the carriage house that our teenager daughter and her friend loved! It’s a short walk and an even shorter bike ride to the shops and restaurants in Rosemary, and the beach. Jerry is one the best hosts we’ve rented from, and he goes out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. It will continue to be our go-to when visiting Rosemary as a couple or with some combination of our kids and their friends!

Convenient to walk everywhere

Jerry was very accommodating and responsive, from check-in to answering any question or helping out. The house is very convenient to walk everywhere, the only concern to me was that the bedroom is close to the highway so it was loud at night. The adult triciclos where super helpful!

Cute house - perfect location!

This carriage house was perfect for our family's fall break getaway. Our host was very pleasant and communicated with us quickly. We had everything we needed for a few days at the beach. We could walk everywhere and other restaurants and the grocery were a short drive away. It was about a 5 minute walk into the square and another 5 minutes tot he beach - which was stunning as usual! Thank you to our host, Jerry, for the use of the Carriage House.

Great place for a small group!

We had a fantastic time. Jerry was so hospitable and the amenities were welcomed. Our group of six was the perfect fit. Our one qualm would be there is no filtered water or ice, so you will need to bring your own. It was great to be there and we would absolutely stay again.

Perfect and Relaxing !

Everything about staying here was more than enjoyable. The house was sooo cozy with plenty of space and the A/C worked great especially after being out all day in Florida heat/humidity. Being able to park at the house was also very helpful. We didn’t move the car too much anyways unless we had to go to publix. Location is great! The town and beach are really within walking distance from the carriage house — about 5-10 minutes give or take and just walking though the neighborhood for us was fun, seeing all the different house designs and the beautiful landscaping. Having private beach access was a major plus as well, you can rent chairs from the beach services or bring your own. One of the nights there was a bad storm that made the beach very choppy the following morning, so we took advantage of the community pools for the day. Jerry also has bikes/trikes to use at your leisure to get around town which is convenient and a very popular form of transportation there lol you’re almost the odd one out if you’re not on a bike. And when he puts *pet friendly* he means it ! Even though I felt like I asked a lot of questions, before and during our stay, Jerry was more than accommodating for my husband and I. We were very happy with everything and are already looking forward to coming back soon and staying here again !

Rosemary Love

We had the best time. The owners, Jerry and Josephine, were pure gold. The house was the perfect size for 4 kiddos and my husband and I. The swimming pools were gorgeous. The kids loved watching the magic show at the amphitheater. We rode bikes to the beach each day. The kiddos loved riding in the baskets in the back of the bike. The house is beautiful, clean, and has everything you can need. The best part of the whole trip was meeting the owners. Jerry and Josephine were helpful and kind. We loved them and their grandkiddos! My daughter and their granddaughter hit it off and spent everyday playing. We came in strangers and left friends. We will never stay anywhere else. ❤️ Book now! You won’t regret it.

Exactly what we needed!

This was our 6th year in a row to 30A. We decided to give up certain comforts to be closer to action. This place didn’t disappoint or feel like a sacrifice. Easy bike ride into the square and the beach.

Superb Rental and Seamless Stay

We were staying in a main house and decided to add on another day. Jerry sent us all the rental information immediately after booking and let us move our stuff over early since there were no guests there. It was a huge help and the process was so easy. The place was adorable and we had a wonderful detail time!

Carriage House Hideaway

Our host was great. Excellent communication. The carriage house exceeded expectations. The adult tricycles were a hit and actually very practical. Better than regular bikes with the baskets etc., we got envious looks! Everything is very close. We rode to the beach and restaurants. We were in Rosemary Beach for a wedding and the location was perfect. This space would also be good for a small family with the master suite and bath upstairs and the bunk room, fold out couch and second full bath down stairs. The hot tub was a big welcome bonus to soak in after being on our feet all day/night. Thanks to J&J.

convenient

This carriage house was so lovely. One car can park in the driveway and if there is another one then it will park on street. It is walkable everywhere and so convenient to the beach, the pearl and all restaurants. They allowed dogs so it was nice to be able to bring our dog and I ran with him. It was a great place for running as well. Jerry and Josephine were awesome and kind hosts. The hot tub is very nice as well. He provides you with a number to get beach chairs so you do not have to bring yours. Beach passes are available to use. I would just bring a wagon to walk if you have a cooler or anything for a child. I have no complaints and will be stay here again.
