good place / good price

The cabin was very remote / isolated and right on the water. For us it was perfect as we had 2 dogs and walking them on the property was great. Pros: good wi-fi, isolated location / setting (no noise), lots of lakes you can adventure to within 15 mins. Total freedom from any neighbors. Great for dogs ! Communication with property contact was very fast / responsive. Cons: shower head needs to be fixed (was duck taped and kept falling), dock access could be better with some terraced steps. The embankment to the dock is rather steep.

Beautiful area

The lake and the peacefulness of the area were both wonderful. We enjoyed using the pontoon and hikes in the woods. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful also. Eric was quick to respond when we had a need. The lake home unfortunately has a strong musty smell that caused both of us to have sinus trouble and not feel well. Our clothes and belongings smelled like it when we got home also. I would recommend putting in some steps down to the dock, it was a treacherous hill to traverse without steps.

My name is Adam and I’ve been involved in real estate for a long time, we own a few vacation rentals we love to share with others, they are unique properties that we love. Hope you enjoy them as well!

Why they chose this property

We have family in the area and looked around for a long time, we live in a neighborhood in St. Paul and wanted something totally secluded and on the water, it is so quiet and peaceful here with a ton of wildlife, you’ll love it.

What makes this property unique

Not hearing traffic and neighbors is something hard to find without heading to the boundary waters, that’s why we love it, it’s private enough to enjoy the nature sounds.
