Great location to visit PSU

The property is in a great neighborhood close to Penn State and all State College has to offer. The house was clean and easy to access. The listing indicates the master bedroom contains a king bed, but all beds in the home are queen size. We had some problems connecting to the TV streaming, but the host was very responsive to our questions. There is lots of space for a family (or two) to gather - lots of bedrooms and multiple living room spaces. We had an enjoyable weekend.

Why they chose this property

We love Park Forest Village for its tranquil atmosphere and lush green surroundings. The tree-lined streets and well-maintained parks, make it a perfect place to raise a family. It’s close to local amenities such as shopping centers, restaurants, and schools, all within a short distance. With its welcoming community spirit and proximity to nature trails like Spring Creek and Rothrock State Forest, it’s an ideal place for outdoor enthusiasts.

What makes this property unique

We moved into this house in 1986, it's not where I was born but its definitely where I grew up and while I may have moved around as I got older, I still consider myself a State College “local”. I have wonderful memories of playing capture the flag, flashlight tag, and every sport imaginable with my friends from the neighborhood. I would spend countless hours riding my bike around town and through the Scotia Barrens. Of course there's Football. Lots of Football. I'm pleased to have the opportunity to share our home with you so that you and your family and/or friends can experience all of the things that State College has to offer.
