The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements and an arcade game for entertainment. Adjacent to the living room is a charming dining room that seats six people, ideal for shared meals.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances and all necessary amenities, allowing you to prepare delicious meals conveniently. A half bathroom with laundry facilities is also available on this floor. One of the main floor highlights is the screened-in deck, where you can unwind in the inviting hot tub.

On the top floor, you'll find a King bedroom with a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. This bedroom offers privacy and comfort, complete with a private bathroom and a delightful deck where you can enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the sunrise.

The bottom floor of the townhouse cabin features a spacious studio-style bedroom with 2 King beds and a cozy Queen, accommodating a total of six guests. A full bathroom is conveniently located on this floor. Additionally, a kitchenette is available for added convenience. - Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night fee required. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

NOTE: Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, send a photo ID that matches the name of the primary booker, credit card holder and signor on the rental agreement, along with a guest list within 48 hours of booking. Failure to complete these tasks will result in cancellation of the booking and cancellation policies will be upheld.
