I am a local Realtor, Custom Home Builder and Remodeler. I remodeled this house from the ground up with the intentions of turning it into my first Vacation Rental. I am Texan by birth but I have called Pensacola home for the past 17 years after graduating from Ole Miss.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it is the most highly desirable neighborhood in the City Limits of Pensacola. It is centrally located only a few minutes away from all that Pensacola has to offer including Downtown Pensacola, Pensacola Beach, Pensacola International Airport and the Mall with ample shopping and restaurants. Additionally, this property is within walking distance of multiple city parks, restaurants, food trucks, coffee shops, bakeries, a local Tavern, and Microbrewery.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique because of it's size, with 5 bedrooms and 8 total beds, this property is large enough to host groups or multiple families as well as it's central location in the Heart of the Historic East Hill Neighborhood, only 2 houses away from 12th avenue, where you can find access to multiple restaurants, bars, shopping and parks. Additionally I have adorned the fence with a variety of outdoor advertising and street signs, making this property a visual landmark in the East Hill Neighborhood.
