super villa conforme a l'annonce. Belle decoration. Nous recommandons d'avoir une voiture, vous pouvez la prendre des l'aeroport mais munissez-vous d'un GPS. Des autres villas proches sont en construction mais cela ne nous a pas gene. Par contre les villas proches en location peuvent vous apporter des bruits parfois desagreable, enfants dans la piscine qui hurlent ou des jeunes poussant leur musique un peu trop fort. A l'entree dans la villa on aurait pu nous expliquer comment marche les differents possibilites de la piscine. Le prix de l'electricite est effectivement pas cher mais il faut prevoir environ 1000 bats par semaine ce qui peut etre annonce lors de l'arrivee. Une bouteuille d'eau dans le frigii et quelques fruits serait aussi apprecie. Les autres villas sont batties sur le meme modele par contre comme les propritaires sont different la deco et les meubles sont differents. Nous recommandons cette location B13.

Très belle villa, dommage que tout n'avait pas été vérifié avant notre Arrivee : Tv qui n'a pas fonctionné dans la chambre Cascade en panne de la véranda Pas de lumière piscine Fuite d'eau de par la verrière ( séjour inondé) Très très peu d'eau chaude dans la sdb principale Très faible débit d'eau dans la douche ( prévoir 2 heures pour prendre un bain froid) Nous avons vu plusieurs fois l'intendant de la residence, cependant rien n'a été fait ( excepté la fuite du toit) A noter également , un accueil des plus déplorables par l'agence qui s'occupe de la location . . ( plus occupé à vous demander la caution que de vous montrer le fonctionnement de la villa) A notre départ, de part les problèmes rencontrés durant notre séjour , l'électricité ne nous a pas ete facture . Un geste certes, mais qui ne change pas grand chose !!! A prendre en compte aussi que l'ensemble de la residence est en construction , ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce!!!! Belle villa, mais qui est complètement éloignée de toute commodité
