Solana Spanish Villa's Casita #7 is a comfortable studio 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit with a loveseat sofa bed, dining/desk area and a kitchenette. This newly remodeled casita also features a brand new private fully enclosed patio area, complete with outdoor seating and BBQ. The kitchenette features a mini fridge, an induction burner and cooking supplies, a microwave and toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker and French press. This villa is tucked away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the property.

Come and relax in the resort style pool, play a game of pickleball on our private court, or simply unwind in the serene surroundings. Our villas are ideal for families, biking or golf groups, family or corporate retreats, winter guests, or just looking for the perfect vacation home. This is the perfect place to enjoy Tucson’s beautiful year round weather.

- Parking: Villa has 1 designated parking space. Large parking available for RV's and trailers available, please coordinate with the host.

- EV charger: Available onsite. Universal charging port with Tesla adaptor available.
- Laundry: Access to our free shared laundry facilities with complimentary detergent, etc.

PETS: We are a dog friendly mini resort. A pet fee for each dog, per stay is required with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. No cats or other pets are allowed. Only non-aggressive dog breeds under 55 pounds are allowed. Aggressive breeds, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers, are strictly prohibited.

NOTE: Host/homeowner lives on the property, in a completely separate house.
