Welcome to the Makai, One of Ocean City Maryland’s newer condominium complex's, located on the Isle of Wight Bay on 42nd street, with an indoor/outdoor tropical pool, next to the Convention Center! Ask about our 10% DISCOUNT promo BEFORE making your reservation.

Enjoy a luxurious open floor plan in this newly built 2 bedroom, 2 full bath, Ocean City condo with ceramic tile floors in the living areas, and carpeted bedrooms. Impressive Granite counter tops accent a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This unit includes a full size washer and dryer and central air and heat. Non-smoking, No pets.

The kitchen looks into the living area with a nice comfy couch and chair facing an electric fireplace and 42' high definition LCD TV mounted over top with a Blu-Ray & DVD player.

How about your own private balcony with a beautiful view of the Ocean. Have a seat on one of the balcony chairs and set your drink down on one of the balcony tables. Now your vacation begins!

The master bed room features a king sized bed, its own entrance to the balcony, walk in closet, master bathroom, wall mounted high definition LCD TV, and a beautiful view of the Ocean!

The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed, a nice sized closet, its own wall mounted LCD TV, and a second full bathroom right next door.

Great stay for a weekend trip

I can’t say anything bad about our stay. Except for all the quiet and the beds that were too soft. All kidding aside. It was a very comfortable stay and was perfect for our trip for spending our time at the convention center that was a 5 minute walk away. So many restaurants and shops close by. I really appreciated the detailed directions for the smart locks and the ability to change the code. Had a really bad experience at a different rental with smart locks and was glad not to have a repeat experience. Drake was great to communicate with and was there to help if needed. Will definitely rent from again.

Great condo!

Property was just as described. Beds very confortable, great view of the ocean, incredibly clean, everything we needed, and Drake couldnt have been more helpful. We will need to check out the bay view condo the next time we need a little R&R from the kids. Highly recommend!

Great last minute stay

This is an excellent property. Very clean and comfortable. Beds were great. Amenities were good. Availability of pool and billiard room on property was great. Would consider aian for a future stay.

We had a great time

We really enjoyed our stay here. The amenities at the Makai are really good considering the location. The pool is nice because it is indoors. When it rained one day during vacation, we had a place to be (lots of other people had the same idea but we still had fun). While the place is a little small overall, it is new and very clean. It was more than enough for a family of four for one week. We would recommend this property (and working with Drake) to just about anyone. We hope to do it again in the future!

Excellent Accommodation

This unit is very nice and spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a sleep sofa. It was very clean and smelled wonderful. My mother loved the balcony. I loved the fact that it was a secured building and it was minutes from the boardwalk. Another plus was the two parking spaces. Although we did not use the pool or fitness room, it was nice to know they were available. If you want a family friendly SAFE place to chill, look no further. I would definitely book this unit again.

Off season stay

Our early April stay was wonderful! The condo felt just like being at home. It was more spacious than it appeared in the photos. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. Although we didn’t utilize them there was plenty of cookware in the kitchen. We were there for an event at the convention center which was steps away. It was also only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores. I would absolutely stay in one of Drake’s units in the future.

Great place to stay!

We got wonderful condo unit with all you need in one place. Clean and spacios. Great layout and looks bigger than on pictures. Kitchen in great condition with all appliances and even extra (coffeemaker and toaster). Ocean view was a bonus! You need to bring your own towels and soaps. Pool was ok for kids. Thank you Drake!

We really enjoyed our short stay at this condo it was very clean , easy accessible to the beach and other amenities and the communication with the owner was easy when need be ….remember to print your stuff out before you come and the lock on the door we kept forgetting to actually lock but other then that it was great we would stay here again 10/10

Excellent Stay for my family

I love everything about this condo. Drake (My Buddy) I greatly appreciate everything thank you so much for housing me and my family for the couple of days we stay down there. We didn't have a problem. The kids love it and the area was so nice. Every time I come down I would tell myself I am going to stay in the Makai Condo. I got that off my bucket list. Right next to the convention center

Property is exactly as in pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with Drake was easy. Check in process was easy. It is right next to the convention center- we were there for a cheer competition. It has a nice ocean view. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Great location. Quiet. Beds were clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location.. Plus the section of beach out in front of the Makai has sand dunes. For some reason, the beach is just not complete without sand dunes. :)

What makes this property unique

Rainy days are not a problem at the Makai. There is plenty to do. Whether it is; relaxing by the indoor/outdoor pool and sundeck, sitting in the sauna, shooting a game of pool in the billiards room, or maybe working off a few calories in the fitness center. It's all here!
