Welcome to our apartment! We also use this space so we hope you feel at home just as we feel! The apartment is super cozy, bright, airy, and well decorated. All this just steps from the beach and with a breathtaking view. We also equip you so that you can have a comfortable and comfortable stay with: living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, smart led TV with Netflix, spotify and others, Wi Fi, ceiling fan and kitchen all you need to prepare your meals like coffee maker, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, cookware. Location! Location! Location!

I loved the location and the access to practically everything! The place is nice. Very Rio! I loved the nightly market outside of the location and access to Copacabana and Ipanema. We would stay again.

NewYear days in the very center

The view from the windows is the main feature of this apt, but at the same time its noisy enough due to main street and beach. we were 3 and overall the apartment is very small, old and bit off wear off... some renovation and new/more dishes/pans would be nice. we paid high price. may bу its more reasonable off the high season

O apartamento é pequeno, aconchegante e muito funcional,perfeito para passar alguns dias na praia, o pessoal da portaria foi muito receptivo e nos ajudou muito indicado locais para compras e restaurantes no entorno que diga-se de passagem que entorno....copacabana é muito agradavel, cheio de bares e restaurantes de muito boa qualidade aproveitamos muito e vamos voltar em breve ..

I was very disappointed with this apartment. It was very grotty and not very clean. The under sheet on the bed was dirty and clearly very warned out and there was no top sheet. I complained but was told the cleaner had done her job properly, I ended up buying my own sheets. The property was not cleaned once during my 3 week stay and I ended up buying toilet paper and doing towel and sheet washing. The shower didn’t work properly and was lucky if I ever got any warm water. There was an open drain in middle of bathroom that did have a cover that wasn’t fixed in place and to cover this up they placed a mat over it only for me to nearly put my foot in the drain hole. There is also no air-conditioning, just a fan in bedroom that worked well and a very feeble fan in sitting room. I was travelling alone so had a friend come with me, it would have been difficult to sleep in the fitting room due to heat. It seemed to me that the bottled water in the fridge for my arrival, had the tops tampered with or the bottles had been filled with top water rather than fresh from the shops. The best part of this apartment were the lovely men on the front door - always really friendly and welcoming and I felt very safe in this building. It’s also a great location. However, I’ve stayed in Rio many times now and this property is by far the poorest I’ve stayed in which made for a disappointing stay.

Few things wasn't working properly in yhe unit and the owner wasn't flexible at all .also sheets were not clean . Oven igniter wasn't working due to the electricity plug issue. It is a very small unit so is only good for maximum 2 person!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig. Leider ist es sehr laut, Strassenlärm und Unterhaltung der Leute ist sehr gut zu hören, die Fenster schliessen sehr schlecht. In der Küche befindet sich ein Lüftungsschacht, der verursacht ein sehr lautes, fast konstantes Rauschen/Pfeifen. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer müsste ausgetauscht werden. Beim Gasherd funktionieren nur 2 Brenner statt 4. Sehr wenig Wasserdruck in Küche und Bad. Dusche akzeptabel.

The location of this property is INCREDIBLE. We had a great view, close to the beach and on a cute street. The apartment served for 3 people, but the couch bed was awful. We ended up finding a small mattress for the third person, but it really only supports two people comfortably. Overall it was a great stay in Copacabana and I would return with less than 3 adults!

Excelente estadia

Super indico a estadia neste apartamento. O imóvel tem uma excelente localização, uma vista incrível, todos os utensílios necessários para uma boa estadia, prédio acessível, com porteiros muito simpáticos. A Thamires e sua mãe são excelentes anfitriãs, sempre à disposição para o que precisamos. Indicamos a amigos e familiares e já queremos voltar.

Ficamos 13 dias . Localização top, o apto é pequeno mas tinha tudo que precisava numa casa. Ponto negativo foi o ar condicionado que não está funcionando bem e o fogão com a chama bem baixa. O ventilador de teto ajudou a refrescar. wifi, tv, máquina de lavar 10

Logo ao chegar já adorei a localização por fora prédio ao alto de tudo. Fui em 3 pessoas sendo 1 uma criança de 10 anos. Confesso que quando vi a janela enorme assustei pelo fato de ser mãe inclusive colocamos a mesa de frente a janela pra dificultar o acesso e óbviamente estiver atenta 24h . Os porteiros sem palavra um mais simpático que o outro. O apartamento é realmente pequeno mas intenção era passar o menos tempo possível rs' com a praia e tanto coisa por perto não tem pq ficar trancado. Usamos muito a cozinha e a chama do fogão é baixa brincamos de vamos deixar a água no fogo quando voltar da praia vai estar perto de ferve. Falta alguns utensílios como o amassador de alho (da próxima já sei) kkkkkk em fim não tinha intenção de fazer banquetes então o básico estava ótimo. O ponto negativo é o rodo rs' nao puxa água e tenho agonia de banheiro molhado. Vi em vários comentários e no anuncio que dá para 4 pessoas mas não é real pq o sofá cama pra dormi não é nada confortável dormimos as 3 na cama e descansar sonecas no sofá. Nao foi esperado. Pretendo voltar siiiim, com mais experiência em como é . Massss é maravilhoso recomendo siiiiim!!!!!! Principalmente se for para um casal que não pretende cozinhar um sonho!

Apartamento Maravilhoso!!!

Passei o 7 dias no apartamento no período de ano novo. A vista é maravilhosa, acordar e olhar para a janela, ir dormir olhando o movimento da praia é uma experiência sensacional. Roupas de cama e banho limpas, cozinha pequena porém bem equipada para realizar refeições etc. A localização é ótima e super tranquila, vários bares e restaurantes próximos, fácil para se locomover para todos os lugares. Todas as reclamações que vi nos comentários antes de alugar são irrelevantes. Minha estádia foi ótima!!!!

Acho difícil encontrar uma localização melhor do que a desse apartamento. A moça que limpa o ap e os porteiros são excepcionais. Porém, creio que o apartamento precisa de reformas e móveis mais novos, mesmo que para isso precise cobrar mais caro.

Gostei muito da localização do imóvel , gostei dá atenção dos porteiros com a gente, dá atenção da Thamires como anfitriã, foi uma realização de um sonho. A vista do apartamento é maravilhosa e é um apartamento muito aconchegante para nós que fomos em três pessoas e atende bem 4 pessoas. Tínhamos perto supermercado farmácia, barzinhos, restaurante e entre outras coisas atendeu de fato as nossas necessidades. É como estava descrito no site.

Localização Excelente mas precisa de reparos

O imóvel está em frente à Praia de Copacabana. A visão do mar é praticamente frontal. Linda e inspiradora! O apartamento é muito pequeno. A cozinha é minúscula, a cama é pequena, o box do chuveiro também muito pequeno. Mas até aí, ok. Acho que o custo-benefício compensa, porque há apartamentos muito mais caros. Já esperávamos uma certa limitação de espaço. O problema, realmente, é que cai muito pouca água do chuveiro, das pias do banheiro da cozinha. Tão pouca que tínhamos que fazer conchinha com as mãos e esperar enchê-la de água até para escovar os dentes. No caso do chuveiro, demoramos para conseguir regular o aquecimento a gás. Ele desarmava todo tempo e a água oscilava entre fervente e gelada. Deixamos a temperatura no mínimo e abrimos apenas a água quente, que passou a sair morna, em pouquíssima quantidade. Pelo menos não desarmava o aquecedor. E, para quem dorme na saleta contígua à minicozinha, a geladeira faz um barulho tão grande que no princípio achei que era uma ventania assobiando por frestas. Assim, para não azedar a viagem, resolvemos sair do apartamento 3 dias antes do fim da estada e ir para um hotel nas redondezas. A proprietária, muito atenciosa mesmo, lamentou o fato e ressarciu prontamente as três diárias, e deu a boa justificativa de que a rotatividade é muito alta e ainda não tinha achado tempo para fazer reparos necessários. Os apartamentos vizinhos têm fluxo de água melhor. Conversei com porteiro e com umas pessoas que moram no mesmo pavimento. E recomendo um pouco mais de cuidado em itens absolutamente simples, baratos, que fazem toda a diferença. Panelas nojentas, panos de pratos horrorosos, verdadeiros trapos encardidos quase se desmanchando, toalhas velhas. O que custa caprichar em algo assim? Mas, no geral, acho o custo-benefício bom. A localização compensou esses problemas e mesmo que tivéssemos continuado no apartamento a viagem teria sido muito boa. Peço desculpas à atenciosa proprietária pela sinceridade de meu relato. Eu realmente pensei em não escrever nada, em atenção à sua gentileza e boa vontade. Mas pensei nos futuros usuários. Se eu tivesse lido um ou dois testemunhos como o meu, teria alugado apenas se eu estivesse sozinho. Como minha ideia era proporcionar férias agradáveis para minha mulher e filha pequena, resolvi sair. Obrigado!

Hospedagem 5 estrelas em Copacabana

O imóvel é igualzinho ao que está nas fotos. Fiquei hospedada 1 semana no imóvel com mais 2 pessoas e tem tudo para ficar confortavelmente por lá. A anfitriã Thamires responde todas as questões de forma rápida e clara. Check in e check out sem nenhum problema. Os porteiros do prédio são super simpáticos. A localização do imóvel é perfeita... Tudo perto... Mercados, banco, metrô, restaurantes, os bares famosos da região. Destaque para a vista da janela. É linda demais :) Pretendo voltar mais vezes.
