The homeowner is from Canada but loves the beach and ocean. I'm the property manager and love the same- Sun/ Beach/ Ocean in that order. The home is decorated so cute- not too beachy, but very comfortable!

Why they chose this property

Our home is so close to all the action! Just a few blocks away from the beach and Seawall Rd- with restaurants, shopping, attractions, and more! Sandpiper's Nest is conveniently located- you can get about anywhere on the island in 15 minutes or less!

What makes this property unique

39th St. is quite quiet, although right next door to the college, most of the people in the area have short-term rental homes or are long term Galveston residents. The back yard feels very private.
