The property was great the management company should be replaced
When you get the the location you receive a text saying that the WIFI password should be on a magnet on the fridge or dishwasher.. Nothing. So I called to find out the wifi password, a workorder was submitted, nothing.. We then noticed that the water had been turned off. It worked when we walked in but was shut off the day we arrived. So I called, a work order was put in. They had someone turn the water to the unit back on, but now the water smells like sulfur and there is no hot water. I called, they put in a work order, still no internet I was told I had to call the fiber company for the Unit (which I am renting??? what). Day 3, someone comes out and installs some filter in the unit while we are out, the smell goes away, but they were only working the smell workout, not the hot water issue, they left, still no hot water or internet, but the smell has gone away. Finally we have enough of both issues, the management company has solved 1 of 3 issues. We had already found the router and WIFI AP, and there is a sticker on the side with a wifi name and passphrase, but its been changed, so we plug into the router, using the router default admin password and find the WIFI password Ohana_5g and "Thebeach" if you stay here.. As for the hotwater, we finally found the circuit breaker and it was off (why the guy in the unit didn't turn it on, or the dock point us there I have no idea. They are lucky we were two bald guys on a golf trip. Didn't need too much hot water.
