Férias Maravilhosas...

Me hospedei com mais dois amigos no apartamento por sete dias, super recomendo apartamento é ótimo, bem localizado perto de tudo. O proprietário um querido mega atencioso e disponível para auxiliar no que fosse necessário, nos indicou lugares bem legais para conhecermos mesmo já tendo estado no Rio outras vezes foram de muita ajuda... A viagem foi com minha família, filha, mãe e pai, minha preocupação era com o conforto e segurança total para eles, o apartamento e o proprietario Marcio nos surpreenderam positivamente, apartamento super limpo, local silencioso, exatamente ou melhor que nas fotos, localização otima, perto de mercado, comercio em geral, praia e metrô. Viagem Maravilhosa No Rio

Minha viagem foi além do que eu esperava, principalmente do proprietário Marcio, atencioso comigo desde o momento em que mandei e-mail tirando dúvidas sobre o apto, a forma de pagamento foi tranquila, a preocupação conosco antes de chegarmos no RIO e quando chegamos não foi diferente, ele totalmente prestativo aprensentou seu apto, fez o contrato, indicou lugares para visitar, não tenho do que reclamar ele foi 10. O apartamento novo, tudo limpo, organizado, 2 tv's, wifi, ar-condicionado, o prédio residencial super calmo, porteiros bem educados. Agradeço o Marcio por tudo, indico para todos e logo voltarei.

Ótimo custo benefício!

O apartamento é muito bom, exatamente como anunciado. Tudo simples, novo e de ótimo gosto. A localização é ótima, muitos restaurantes ao redor, praia perto e do lado do metrô (estação Cantagalo). Ótimo apartamento

O apartamento é muito bom e bem localizado. Exatamente como se vê nas fotos. O Márcio é muito atencioso, gente boa e prestativo. Me senti muito à vontade no imóvel, supriu todas as minhas necessidades e pretendo voltar várias vezes porque realmente gostei de tudo. A relação custo x benefício está perfeita. Our stay in Rio

Marcio was a great host and very helpful! It was very easy to contact him and if we had any questions about anything we were sure we could text or call him. The apartment was really good. It was clean and there was those thing you need for your stay. The building was safe and the location was super good : supermarket, subway, Copacabana and good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this apartment!

Adoramos!

O apartamento é exatamente como nas imagens e descrição. Novinho, limpo, com boas toalhas, camas confortáveis, cozinha equipada, ar cond., ventilador, wifi e tv a cabo, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. A decoração e iluminação dão um charme a mais! Perfeito para um casal ou amigos. Perto de TUDO: metrô, mercado, bares, restaurante, praia, lagoa, você chega em tudo caminhando menos de 5 minutos. Região segura e tranquila (mesmo com aquele trânsito do Rio) Como disse ao Márcio, que aliás sempre nos atendeu muito bem, agora já tenho endereço no Rio! Obrigada pela estadia maravilhosa :)

Maravilhoso

O apartamento é ótimo e superou expectativas, tudo muito limpo e novinho, exatamente como nas fotos. Além disso a localização do apartamento é excelente...padaria, supermercado, lanchonete, metrô, praia, barzinhos..tudo pertinho.
