Swimming, fishing, boating are all here at the Blakely large lakehouse. Make your way down the path to the lakeshore or take a 10 minute walk to the Laurel Branch public beach. Also for your convenience is a boat ramp at the Laurel Branch campground 0.2 miles from the house. This home provides ample sleeping space with one king, four Queens, 2 twins, 1 daybed and a toddler bed. It's designed for families to enjoy. Sit out on the back upper deck for a beautiful Lakeview or on the downstairs walkout basement patio where you will find a grill, firepit a kayak. Book soon before Sumner is over or enjoy the beauty of nature throughout the fall and winter. Boating season doesn't end till the middle of October.
