Welcome to our serene retreat in the Malibu Knolls area, offering majestic mountain and ocean views. The stylish guest house, set far from the main house, features two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a bright living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area, laundry room, and two outdoor dining areas nestled among the majestic olive trees and Provence-style garden. This beautiful mid-century home combines the charm of Palm Springs with the essence of Provence.

The garden includes plenty of citrus and fruit trees, an herb and rose garden, and a bocce court for outdoor enjoyment.

Our gated property spans over one acre, ensuring privacy and security. The guest house is stocked and cleaned exclusively with chemical-free supplies for a healthy environment.

Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM; for arrivals after 7:00 PM, please contact us to make alternative arrangements for entry.

We accommodate a maximum of 4 guests and require all guests to be registered by the management company prior to their visit.

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere, we enforce strict policies against parties, gatherings, meetings, or commercial photo shoots or film without prior permission.

Absolutely perfect!

I don’t even know where to begin. The property is absolutely magical. The tranquility of the gardens, slowing down while taking in the magnificent sunsets over the water. 10/10 would recommend and cannot wait to return. Thank you for an amazing stay, Lena, and being a wonderful host!

Cozy Modern Mid Century Beach Bungalow

Absolutely lovely retreat home. Property is gated for privacy and has views of the ocean from front and back of the house, plus a view of Pepperdine Univ. Interior furnishings and amenities are just a pictured. Lots of windows to let in light. Freshly remodeled house. Kitchen fully equipped with what looked like all brand new large and small appliances. Plus, Nepresso coffee/espresso machine - loved that! However, no microwave - small matter, really. Primary bedroom is spacious with comfy king bed, linen sheets and duvet and decorated in simple elegant white tones. Second bedroom with similar decor and queen bed is just a cozy. The only bathroom, again tastefully decorated has a large walk in shower, hairdryer and bath item amenities. Abundance of soft towels too! Exterior spaces are quiet, inviting and serene. Porch area just outside the slider door entrance had a beautifully painted picnic table to enjoy morning meal & coffee, and an additional long picnic table with umbrellas in the finely manicured garden area that overlooked the ocean in the distance. Loved the large plank wood floors throughout as well. House and furnishings were immaculate. Equipped with beach towels, chairs & umbrellas. Close to restaurants, boutiques, Whole Foods, all types of shopping. Zuma Beach -15 minutes, other small beach areas within minutes. Very easy access to PCH. Easy check in/out. WOULD ABSOLUTELY STAY HERE AGAIN! Should be no doubts when booking this property! Thanks for sharing it!

We did not want to leave!

This was a such a beautiful space to enjoy the Malibu life in. Aside from comfortable and gorgeous decor inside, the outdoor garden and space for chilling was equally as divine. We enjoyed many long magic hour evenings outside. The location is also super convenient to the Country Mart where there is Whole Foods, coffee, restaurants and shops. Very nice and prompt communication from the managment too. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.
