Discover Chalet des Érables, a charming two-story retreat nestled in the heart of beautiful Charlevoix. This spacious chalet features three cozy closed bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience.

The interior boasts two generous living rooms, one equipped with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space. With its rustic, but modern decor and warm ambiance, the chalet creates a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and connection.

You’ll find a fully furnished kitchen ready for your culinary adventures, complete with two coffee machines to fuel your mornings. After a day of exploring the stunning Charlevoix landscape—whether hiking, skiing, or enjoying local attractions—unwind by the indoor or outdoor fireplaces, perfect for cozy evenings.

One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $300 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee*
1. A $500 security deposit might be asked.

2. Check-in is possible any time after 5PM. Checkout is before 11AM It is really important to respect that schedule in order to avoid extra fees.

3. It is strictly forbidden to smoke cigarettes, weed or to vape in the chalet. A $500 extra fee might be applied if you do.

4. One small dog per booking might be allowed. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. A $300 security deposit will be ask as well as a $100 extra cleaning fee*

5. Party and excessive noise outside the chalet are not permitted. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $500 penalty and immediate expulsion without refund. We have noise aware excessive noise detection systems inside and outside the cottage.

6. If the cottage is left in a messy state, we will charge $50 per additional hour per housekeeping attendant to put the house in order. At the end of the rental, the spa water must be as clean as when you arrived. Furthermore, If you delay the work of our cleaning team at check-out, you will be charged $50. This charge is applied to any late departure between 11:00 and 13:00. Any guest who is still on site after 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional night. This does not apply if we have approved a late departure in advance.

7. Guests assume full responsibility for any accident, injury or illness occurring in the cottage. By accepting this booking, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of any damage arising from their use of the premises. Customers acknowledge that they may personally purchase insurance to protect against such occurrences.

8. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could cause damage to the place or to people, let us know immediately.

9. Please note that there are security cameras pointing the parking. It is forbidden to move the angle of the cameras or to disconnect them, this act will be judged as an attempt to hide important elements from the owner and therefore, will immediately end the rental without refund.

10. If any personal belongings are left behind when you check out, a handling fee of $75 plus taxes are applicable.

11. When you make a reservation with us you agree to all of the above house rules.
