This updated second-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed in the primary bedroom, another king bed in the guest bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit boasts two private balconies, an updated kitchen, village views, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Conveniently located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants, and local festivities, and a short walk from the gondola and lift access. Arapahoe Lodge offers a variety of shared amenities plus guests get full access to Dakota Lodge’s next-door pool and hot tubs.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV with access to select streaming services, and a queen sleeper sofa. Extra linens and blankets are located in a nearby closet. Just off the living area is a private balcony offering outdoor seating and beautiful views of River Run Village.

The full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The breakfast bar comfortably seats four, while the dining area seats up to six. The full guest bathroom, located just off the living area, has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding, its own private balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The en suite bathroom includes a single sink vanity and a combination shower/tub. The guest bedroom has a king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a flat-screen TV.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great and you pay a premium for it. Unit was clean. Beds good. Sofa Sleeper - well it's a sofa sleeper. Kitchen not well equipped for actually cooking. The building does not have a spa, it's "permanently closed" according to signs in the building, so you are instructed to use the neighboring building's pool and spa. Management was quick to respond - offered to come fix the fireplace, but I declined. It was very warm in the unit even with the thermostats set as low as they could go.

Great property right near village and gondola
Very nice property and a great location. Walk to shops in 1 minute, walk to lift in 2 minutes. Very clean condo and property management was great and accommodating.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We didn’t have much time to plan so we were pleased to find something reasonably priced. It was very clean, well appointed and everything was in very nice condition. Beds were very comfortable. Although we didn’t cook much the kitchen had everything we could have needed. Plenty of hot water and decent water pressure. With the dry air the humidifiers were a welcomed touch. Only surprise was that the unit faces the courtyard. So in the summer and the windows open it could be quite noisy with shops and restaurants below. The hot tub and pool were also loud till they closed at 10pm. Although the noise wasn’t as bad once the weekend was over. Overall though it was a very nice unit.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance.
