Why they chose this property
This was my childhood home. When my parents passed away I kept the home. I have a special sentimental attachment to this home. It happens to be centrally located in the Tampa area .

Centrally located within walking distance to Raymond James Stadium home of the Bucs and Steinbrenner Field (Yankees Spring Training), 5-10 minutes from Tampa Airport, West Shore Plaza and International Mall; 8 mins from Downtown, The Straz Performing Arts Center, Tampa Convention Center, Amalie Arena, Cruise Ship Ports, Hyde Park, Historic Ybor City & World Famous Columbia Restaurant. Many national chain and local restaurants within a 5 mile radius. St. Petersburg & Clearwater Beaches are 30 - 40 minutes West and Orlando is 90 minutes East. Interstate I-275 is just a few blocks south.
