This neighborhood is artsy with a lively Mexican culture with a lot of great Mexican inspired restaurants, spas, art galleries, boutiques and speakeasies. There is plenty of neighborhood fest during the summer like, Mole Fest, Fiesta Del Sol and Savor Taco y Tequila Fest to name a few.
What makes this property unique
The location of this building walking distance from all the fest and restaurants makes our place very convenient. Its a corner apartment giving you plenty of view of the neighborhood and the people that walk around all day long enjoying the area and walking their pets making you fell like at home and part of the locals.
