Welcome to Open Range Stables, where tranquility meets charm in every corner of this sprawling manor-style farmhouse.

Step inside to find the main floor elegantly transformed into a modern sanctuary, with soothing hues and tasteful decor. The fully stocked kitchen beckons culinary adventures, offering the choice to dine in the vaulted dining room or outdoors on the patio, shaded by a majestic tree and overhead twinkle lights. Sink into plush comfort in the living room, where a smart TV awaits for cozy evenings.

Outside, the front porch invites you to unwind in rocking chairs, serenaded by gentle breezes and the occasional whisper of leaves.

Ascend to the second floor where three inviting bedrooms await: two adorned with king-size beds and another with a cozy twin over double bunk. The highlight is the ensuite sanctuary, a private haven on the second and third floors, boasting a king-size bed, an ensuite bath, a convenient desk area, and a daybed with a trundle. (Please take note the stairs are steep to 2nd floor)

The Manor sits on 20 acres of private land, surrounded by horse barns and bordered by a serene creek where you might spot deer in the evening.

The Manor at Open Range Stables promises an idyllic retreat where modern comforts blend seamlessly with the natural beauty of the countryside.

🌱 CLEAN & GREEN | We are meticulous in the care of our homes and now use cleaners that have minimal impact on the environment and human health, all for the benefit of our guests, which is YOU.

Pet Friendly with dogs only. Please bring your own dog bedding and a crate for when no one is at the place. If there’s extra outdoor cleanup needed after your stay, a $50 fee will be issued.

The hvac thermostat is on 3rd floor, keeping the main floor a little on the warmer side. There’s ceiling fans to circulate the air and to keep the rooms comfortable.

Beautiful country farmhouse on 20 acres

The property and home are stunning and amazing and beyond compare! Everything was recently updated with top quality materials and is being impeccably maintained. From the kitchen with the beautiful quartz countertops and high-end appliances, including a range with an air fryer, washer, and dryer and comfortable furniture and beds! Including linens, bedding and even bath robes and makeup washcloths! Some really nice and incredible amenities provided! Also being able to use the two car garage was a wonderful bonus. Especially since we were staying during a somewhat significant snowstorm. It was great to be able to keep our cars in the garage and avoid all that cleanup. The driveway was cleared that evening and we delayed in doing any of our planned activities. We had planned on doing. I would highly recommend staying here! It’s a great location to visit Gettysburg. It was a short drive and wonderful opportunity to stay in a beautifully renovated home built over 200 years ago on sprawling 20 acres.

Fantastic Property

This was the best VRBO property at which we have ever stayed. It was clean, spacious, and well-supplied. We had a small dinner party to celebrate my parents’ 65th anniversary and the very large dining room was a special feature for us. Like the judges say on cooking competition shows when they cannot think of even a tiny criticism, “no notes”.
