The kitchen is set up with an island and basic necessities to make meals and a couple places to kick back and relax. You can also fire up the grill on your back patio and eat outside. Take some time to sit on the back porch with lake views, catching a serene sunrise or peaceful sunset on the shared guest dock. Your personal parking spot for 1 vehicle is a short walk to your front door. For your convenience there is also WIFI access available. You can expect a sunning sunrise, a beautiful sunset and serene lake views. This unit is located in the lower level of a functional home and has a private entrance. The canoe and paddleboat are available for use with a signed waiver.
