Enjoy Island Pond LAKE LIFE at our Antique Victorian on Birch Point. Water views, & private waterfront make for a memorable stay. Nice grassy lawn for croquet, badminton, corn hole. Fully equipped kitchen, 12 seat dining table, Five bedrooms, & plenty of seating. This quirky old estate has plenty of space no matter the weather. TV den, Games, Darts, and a mint julep ready front porch. Short walk to town for food, playground or entertainment. New back deck overlooks water and large grassy lawn.
