Weekend in Elk City

The house was so cozy. It was a nice mixture of vintage and modern. We were very comfortable there. The grocery was only a couple blocks so we could walk to it. We wish we had longer for it would have been nice to enjoy the pretty backyard. We were there to visit family so our time at the house was limited. We plan to stay here again on future trips.

We enjoy hosting travelers from all over the state, country and even world travelers experiencing historic Route 66. This is my family home where many wonderful memories with my kids and neighbors have been made. Elk City is a wonderful place to have grown up and raised my kids. I have since moved for work reasons and enjoy using my home to host guests, welcome them to our small town and provide a pleasant home away from home.
