Felt blindsided
We received a call from owner two hours before to go over rules. At that time we were told towels were an extra charge even though it’s stated on the site when I booked it. We were told they don’t provide blankets. So spent $100 at the store before we even got there! Thank God we didn’t fly in because we would’ve had extra baggage going home. When we got there there was still stickers on the windows and door, the floor upstairs was not mopped and dusty. The toilet bowl rocks when sitting on it. They stated on the site there is a washing machine there was none. We could not cook due to no cookware except two little saucepans and a spatula. No dish towels either! The cardboard was still in the over and I didn’t realize til I put my pizza in which I had to lay on the rack! I was told by owner I should’ve used microwave. Sorry I don’t microwave pizza! The house was redone and it was pretty but his website needs to be updated. I think I should’ve received some money back for the purchases I had to make!
