St Petersburg is a unique place, this special neighborhood is the highest point in the city. Many homes were designed and built by Cade Allen, you will see the characteristics of this amazing builder in the oak tree lined neighborhood.
What makes this property unique
The mid-century modern house is the only one in St Petersburg that is on a hill, you can drive from the front street under the house to the alley. This tri-level masterpiece is tastefully remodeled with original parquet flooring and an amazing sun room.
