Other things to note:
*All guests can enjoy the resort amenities free of charge.

*Pool and Spa heat is an additional $40 per night and must be on for the duration of your stay. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature.

-Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

*Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

*There is no usable BBQ grill on the property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup.

*Please note that, in accordance with resort policy, a maximum of 4 vehicles is permitted for this home, including any visitors.

*Please note beginning January 2025, the resort will charge $20 per vehicle for parking and access to resort amenities during your entire stay (not per day) and is nonrefundable.

*The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm
