My home is a modern, split floor plan, comfortable Santa Fe style in a great location. New kitchen includes granite and all stainless appliances as well as new washer/dryer and attached garage. The outdoor area is very comfortable with covered patio, large deck, water fall/feature hot tub and walk in gas fire pit with seating for 6-8 - all with a nice view of thunder and Wilson mtns.

Comfortable furniture and living area inside and 3 and bedroom, the master with attached bath, large closet and king bed.

Overall you will find is a very comfortable, convenient and beautiful place to spend some time in Sedona.

Great short stay

Stayed for a couple of nights to check out the area and do some hiking. Super convenient location. Very quiet, well stocked house. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. Thanks for everything.

Great space and excellent location

We spent five days at this site and it was wonderful. Nice open floor plan, great backyard, and well appointed kitchen. It was great to relax in the hot tub and hang out at the fire pit. The location is in a small quiet neighborhood that was pretty close to all the places we wanted to go to.

Wonderful home for family Thanksgiving

This was a very clean and well maintained property. They had plenty of kitchen items, games, blankets, etc. We were very comfortable here. The owner was wonderful with great communication. He and his neighbor even arranged to have a FedEx package brought inside for us prior to our check in date. It was very close to downtown Sedona and some amazing hikes. Our favorite features were the cozy fireplace and the clean hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Retreat for Sedona

We looked forward to our stay for months and it did not disappoint. The house was just as pictured. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with both cookware and spices. It was nice to be able to do a couple loads of laundry to cut down on how much we had to pack. Hummingbirds hanging out at the fountain in the morning were a treat. Hot tub was hot and just what the muscles needed after a day of hiking. Also enjoyed the fire pit. Quiet neighborhood, close to grocery and restaurants. Appreciated the pamphlets and written notes on hikes.

Far exceeded our expectations

“Waterfalls, Grapevines and Hot Tub” far exceeded our expectations of a perfect VRBO. The fully equipped kitchen made it very easy to cook/grill our meals- it even had a large selection of assorted spices to use! Bathrooms had shampoo and conditioners and laundry room had detergent. The layout of the rooms gave us (2 retired couples) plenty of space for togetherness as well as privacy. We looked forward to relaxing in the yard with the beautiful view of Thunder Mountain as we listened to the fountain and windchimes each morning with our coffee. And we enjoyed ending our evening with a glass of wine near the fire pit. We did have a few questions (which were already answered on the instructions but we were too busy “oohing and ahhing”) and Mark answered them almost immediately. And LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION- so very close to all the charms Sedona has to offer. I highly recommend “Waterfall, Grapevines and Hot Tub” (in fact I already have!!)

4 of us stayed at this home and had a fabulous time. The home was in a great location for hiking and shopping. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are coming to Sedona

Great stay for a wedding weekend

We stayed at this property while we were in town for a wedding, and it was perfect for our group! We had plenty of space for all of us, and we really enjoyed the backyard. Communication was very easy leading up to the trip. The house is conveniently located and was super close to all our needs. We would definitely recommend this home to those visiting Sedona!

Good location

Good location. Check in/out process very easy. Owner readily available for questions. Be careful if you have dogs because javelinas come by in the morning and evening but they seemed low key and we didn't have any issues. The waterfall was nice and soothing as was the jacuzzi after we hiked to Devils Bridge 😊

Perfect size home for 5 of us. Perfect location in Sedona. Felt we were close to everything. The home was very zen, especially enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the mornings listening to the fountain and getting a daily visit from the raven.

What a view!!

Loved the view from the great backyard. Location was so convenient to local shops, restaurants, wineries, etc. Well appointed and manager was easy to work with. Wonderful.

Excellent property

The property was excellent. The hot tub really came in handy after trail hiking. The appliances in the kitchen were great and the location to everything was terrific. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Sedona.

The house was in a great location close to shopping, hiking, and restaurants. The house had everything we needed for the week. Hot tub was clean and was nice after hiking. Comfortable, cozy, and peaceful

The property was so lovely. A beautiful desert oasis. The yard was such a zen space to enjoy the red rocks from. The fireplace next to the cozy couch made for a perfect way to unwind at night. Lots of cooking amenities and tools for grilling under the stars! The beds were like clouds! And the home is so local to all the shops and restaurants! And just a few blocks from incredible must-do hikes. When we visit Sedona next time, we will 10/10 stay here again!

House is located close to center of town and hiking trails. A CVS pharmacy around the corner has much of what you might need if you forgot to get it while at the supermarket. View is nice from back yard and the hot tub and fountain are nice soothing amenities. Owner was in touch regularly to make sure everything was going well.

Great Sedona rental

We rented this property with our parents and siblings to stay in Sedona for a wedding. It was the perfect location, close to downtown, but also in a nice quiet neighborhood. The yard was perfect with the hot tub and patio furniture. The kitchen had everything we could need and was clean. The bedrooms were a good size and it was nice to have 2 bathrooms! If we travel back to Sedona we would definitely stay here again!

Generally a nice place but needs attention

Nice house, well furnished, great location but property needs maintenance. Door to patio did not work--finally found a screwdriver and unscrewed safety catch so we could use the door. Contacted owner who said he would get it fixed but heard nothing more for rest of the week. Coffee maker takes 45 minutes to make a pot of coffee and carafe (Black & Decker) does not fit machine (Mr. Coffee). Ceiling fan in master bedroom does not work: strong odor from septic tank next to patio at times, I suspect it needs to be pumped out. Queen mattress sags and seems to be worn out--it rolls you into the middle all night long. Backyard fountain and hot tub are very nice and neighborhood is clean and quiet. Can't give a five star review based on those shortcomings but overall had a nice week in Sedona.

Why they chose this property

Sedona is one of the more beautiful places you can visit easily on the planet. I have been to many places, but when the opportunity arose to be part of Sedona, I didn't hesitate to become an owner.

What makes this property unique

My place is extremely centrally located and yet quiet. Many hikes within 5 minute drive or walking distance. There is also close proximity to shopping and nightlife, that does not interfere in any way with the quiet and serenity of my place. There is also the backyard wich includes a 30' covered patio, several sets of comfortable outdoor furniture and the adjoining 42' deck. The 8' water fall/feature pond allows for the soft melodic sound of moving water. There is also the BBQ, hot tub and walk in gas fire pit with seating for 6-8.
