This home is located in central Houston giving you easy access to all the major highways and 10-15 minute drive to Downtown, the Galleria, NRG Stadium, George R. Brown Convention Center and more! Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply enjoying the tranquility of the house, we look forward to welcoming you to our place.

The Property

This home is a modern space made to accommodate your stay with your family/group keeping you close together while also giving you the privacy of a hotel! Each room offers their own private bathroom as well as amenities such as towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Within the room a television, desk, ceiling fan, hair dryer and full length mirror is included as well! Should you need a breakdown of the house layout for planning please continue reading below.

Perfect floor plan!

Our extended family stayed together in this condo. It was perfect. Each couple had their own space and the common area was large enough for us all to gather!

Detroit takeover

Having 7 older guys, this property was perfect for needs. Spread out with ample room and at the same time several common areas. We had everything to cook breakfast as well as grill and watch football games. One suggestion would be to add a tv outside in the grilling area

Best house ever!

My family has stayed in many VRBOs for almost 20 years and this qualifies as one of the best, if not THE best. The house is brand-new construction. Super clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as TV. The living room had a plush large sofa with even bigger TV for everyone to gather. There were so many amenities that we didn't have time to enjoy. It was raining throughout our stay so unfortunately, we did not use the roof deck but it looked fabulous. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and glasses as well as Keurig machine, ice maker, etc. Truth BBQ and Star Pizza are only a couple of blocks away. We found many restaurants to explore in the area and it's close to downtown.Would highly recommend!
