LaPlaya is a family-oriented, immaculate, and cozy vacation home situated in the tranquil and picturesque West End of Panama City Beach. Directly between beach entrance #93-94. Upon your arrival, the radiant white interiors will welcome you. Take the elevator to the main living space on the third floor, where you'll find an inviting open area that includes a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining space. The kitchen, boasting complete granite countertops, is prepared for your culinary exploits. Enjoy your meals at the six-seater dining table or the bar area that has room for four. After a delightful day at the beach, unwind in the comfortable living room with its plush white furnishings and flat-screen TV. In the evening, enjoy the sunset's colors from your private balcony with a cocktail, overlooking the Gulf!
At La Playa, you and your family/friends are promised the vacation you deserve. The first-floor guest suite features a queen-size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with both a tub and shower, with the pool just a few steps from the door. The second-floor master suite offers a lavish experience with a king-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, plus a private balcony that overlooks the pool. The bunk room on the second floor is ideal for children, boasting twin over twin and full over full bunk beds, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. Additionally, the fourth-floor loft provides a full-size bed and a private balcony with a stunning view of the Gulf!
Publix and Winn Dixie supermarkets are conveniently close, only a brief bike ride away. Carousel Supermarket is also in proximity. The bike ramp enabling access to 30A is close to being finished.

Important Things to know:
1) You MUST be 25 years of age to rent. We will not rent to students or singles under the age of 25.
2) At time of booking you agree to comply with House Rental Agreement and House Rules.
3) GUEST will be required to provide a copy of driver's license for all adults staying in the home within 24 hours of receipt of booking confirmation.
4) The home can comfortably fit two vehicles, one large and one small to medium-sized. As is common with beachside locations, parking is limited. Guests are advised to carpool and restrict parking to two cars, particularly during the busy summer season. Please contact us if you have any questions.**
5) Construction is in place all over town, there may be construction noise during your stay.
6) Travel protection / insurance is NOT included in the quotes, but you can purchase on your own.
