The price is $900/month including utilities and with shared use of the laundry, kitchen, main home living, and outdoor patio & deck areas. It is available to rent beginning August 1st to a female Christian-friendly tenant.
We live on eleven acres off of Apple Pie Ridge in Winchester, Virginia and are close to Martinsburg, WV. We’re in close working proximity to Shenandoah University, Winchester Medical Center, and the Martinsburg Medical Center and VA hospital.
