Historical stone house completely restored situated in a historical village ( Bibola-MS) on the Tuscany lunigiana hills on the external Sud side with private big terrazza with small pool inside and super view. Outside also private garden . The terrazza has a wood covered patio with all furnitures, new big sofa, table, chairs, sun loungers, barbecue.
The house is indipendent and divided on tree floors: first: entrance, bathromm, small living room with cinema / tv sistem,sofa bed; second floor: kitchen , third floor: big bedroom and bathroom.
Silent and super view all around.

I have choosen this ara because it has a super view, it is an ancien stone house complete restored, it is indipendent from other houses, it has a super position at SUD and it has a nice terrazza with a small pool inside and a small garden. it gives a lot of relax and privacy.
