Nestled in a serene meadow with a pond and dock, it features a hot tub, firepit, and game loft with ping pong, PlayStation, and TV. The open-concept kitchen and living area boast soaring ceilings and a gas fireplace. Enjoy panoramic views, stainless steel appliances, and a 65” Samsung Smart TV. With three comfortable bedrooms and ample outdoor amenities, plus nearby Broken Bow attractions, it’s the perfect getaway.

Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

- Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics
- Ice

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October 1-March 31.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.
